Vox Telecom Fatpipe

My fatpipe account is working like a dream these last two weeks, had one hiccup one night but that was it. Glad they sorted the issues out. Only problem is i'm running out of data :-( I have 200GB left. which needs to last me two months. If the internet is this awesome i wont make it.

Story of my life man.
Data is gone so fast on a 40Mb.
 
Ai ****. I was charged 3x because the support guy cancelled my accounts but didn't update the invoice........
 
My only complaint with Vox is every end of the month the second the clock hits 00:00 the account stops working and tells me I'm capped, and when I wake up the next morning it works again.
 
is it me or is vox support realy slow,dont reply to mails,or just dont come back to you?
as i have a read report and mail was read and almost 24h later no reply,gotten a new suppor guy,takes just as long

they are slow in general or just dont have that much support staff as other,then again there a small isp,dont need big staff

Call them or PM Voxy in this forum - fastest way to get a response. Voxy especially is incredibly helpful and prompt.

Most people have complained about their support.
I wouldnt call Vox a small ISP. They arent the biggest consumer ISP but they are big in business environments.

Maybe it is because of me :) . I phone them today twice for a lengthy conversations . The response time was between 1-2 minutes .

ohh,sorry i didnt know that,as i never hear or see them thought they were smallish
