Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Cancelled on Day 1

What horrible speeds, 4-5mbit steam download (Local server) and local speed test. International speeds were better (about 10-12mbit) but no-where near my max capable speed of 17.5mbit.

Edit: Not my line, crystal web gives full speed

Personally I am extremely impressed with my Vox account.

This is FTP from an international server.

I just bought the same Vox 100GB special. It took 1 Minute to register and make the purchase (very speedy online service from Vox). The account is up and running immediately after purchase. Incredible Connection R99 uncapped account has been throttled to death these last 2 months during business hours with emails and chats becoming totally unresponsive (just what you need for a home business). They keep saying it's my IS rating of 2 stars (downloading 60Gb a month on 2Mbps line is a no no) so to hell with them now. The Vox line is proving super cool at the moment. All mail, youtube, chats working at full speed and during business hours.

:whistle: still more users joining too :)

Do we know how much IPC they currently utilising or have provisioned? I find this info interesting is all.

I know the @lantic backend was so beautiful but resellers didn't have access to it :/. Someone perhaps can share a little :wtf:

For me personally, we are paying R6 less for 50GB more per month on top of everything else and is more a backup. I see i got 400GB accumulated since last year :p

Thanks for feedback. Also experiencing shocking throughput at the moment despite good latency. VOX starting to be a bit oversold in Durban perhaps? Or sharing infrastructure with some other experiment?

YES. I have noticed a marked slow down over the past few days in Durban.

40mbps line is like a flipping 3mbps line, latency is going through the roof in the evenings - NOT GOOD.

@slvR, WTF?!

See post that follows, horrid fail on my part :/.

/if anyone is selling their FPP + BO , PM me please :)

@Voxy - tell us how the network is looking [obviously he/she will ask if access not allowed] :p :D
