When I read about your woes earlier in the month I was going to offer. I actually got 2 accounts cancelling today as they surplus to my needs. The one still has 4gb of data and the other about 15gb.

Is there a way to disable the cap over-usage?
I have the 150 GB cap + 57 GB from last month... that's 207GB.. I get the message in my browser now to say I am capped... which is fine. So I go in and buy some more cap 10GB. After about 10 min I notice we are still offline.. I go into my account and it says I have used 247GB this month... so the cap I just bought has been absorbed and I am still capped..

This is bull****.. If I am capped I want to know at the exact time.

Just checked and on both accounts there is no roll-over from October at all, just the base 150GB allocation.

Yeah my carry over also disappeared.

I assume it will be given back, when they launch the new portal tonight.

I think Fatpipe lite is the base from which one can build.

So you get 25gb for R89 and I think every gig after that is charged at R5 per gig.

I take it you looking at these packages for clients?
 
Not really sandman, I'm eager to test them out, but I want a small package, but one where I can properly check their data out. I don't want a 1GB trial account, as that won't give me enough time to see how it goes.
 
What's your line speed? And at more or less what time of the day do you use your data?

If it's 10mb or less I would recommend you give fat pipe lite 25gb with bolt-on a test run. Will cost you R148 per month.

Only a 2mb line pal. I only use my data between 6pm(when I get home from work) and about 10pm. Wife normally during the day, but she watches now and then.
 
Then it's a no brainer bud. Fat pipe lite with bolt-on. You won't look back. Satisfaction guaranteed.
