Be careful of imported electrical items not SABS approved. If there is an electrical fire then insurance co. will repudiate the claim.

Hi guys, thanks for the ton of posts, I hope that one of you guys might be able to assist me. I'm moving into a retirement cottage and am going to upgrade power sockets. For my PC desk and tv area considering the Veti Omni Modular systems, sort of plug and play sockets for UK, RSA std 3 pin new RSA slimline and USB socket. My contractor is messing up the place so chasing in extra outlets is not going to present any problems.
Just looking for any confirmation that I'm take the right route. Any and all advice will be gratefully accepted and I promise to post pics of the end result.
