youtube upto no good... Can hardly stream youtube clips. Infact they don't seem to start.

Click on vid and just circles the whole time

tried different clips. no difference.

It seems to also be affecting Google Play - page loads but can't play any songs.

Youtube still bot fixed this morning, problem on my Xbox, TV boxes (Android) and PC when watching YouTube....

Oddly enough was just about to post that things are back to normal, been watching for the last 1h30 or so. Desktop, MiBox and mobile all seem fine.

Not sure if it’s maybe area/FNO related, am in CPT, Octotel.

Things are looking a lot better on the Google front, traffic volumes are pretty much back to normal. Monitoring this closely through this evening.

Weird, things seem to have normalised on this front. Google network ops are still active on this ticket. Will give them your IP. Please send me any debug info in a ticket. Also, please test using the VPN I gave you to see if that helps?

Hi, thank you, screenshot of buffering when playing a Youtube video on my PC, happens with every video where before it was instant to load. I will test the VPN but that won't help Youtube on my other devices in the house where I watch Youtube (android tv boxes and Xbox etc.). I am wondering if this is not made worse by the Evotel issue that I've had for a month. My internet just feels utterly broken.....

We're again trying to see if it's not an MTU issue with Evotel. Please can you reboot your router just to ensure it clamps at a lower MTU.
