Is it just websquad affected in durban.. This is becoming rather ridiculous now, second time in a week with extended no Internet connection from vuma trenched fibre in durban. Is other isp's also down in durban as I don't see other complaints?
Hi @websquadza, I am renting in Randburg JHB, which has an existing Vumatel installation. I tried ordering on your website. When selecting the Vumatel, it does this weird overlay which blurs the packages, I manage to select Vumatel 20:2 package, however when the Shopping Cart site opens, it has the Openserve package preselected, I have tried twice with the same results.
Secondly, I see that you require the following details:
CPE Serial Number
FTTH OBJECT ID / FSAN
What is this and where do I get it. The current CPE has a Zhone Logo on it.
I am using Chrome when accessing your website.

Thank you SirWe sent out a comms about this earlier. One NLD Route is down and our secondary provider (who provides us with “multiple” redundant routes) experienced what was now a ‘edge router failure’.
Services have been fully restored as oh 19:10.
New National routes have been ordered and are being implemented as a matter of urgency.

I completed the form manually. At the time, I was on my laptop connected to my phone's mobile hotspot.Use desktop mode on a mobile,the site scales weirdly in mobile mode
If thats not it - dunno
Not really, the routes on websquad are really good. That said, I have a mate on CellC fiber (too lazy to move despite endless problems) who gets around 200ms with frequent spikes up to 5000ms, to the EU, and WTFast cuts it down to around 160 from JHB. So yes, WTFast does work - if you have a slack ISP...From CPT here. does WTFast really work ? You see any differences.. Normal vs The paid service?
WS is pretty good in tweaking routes when needed,and generally very well routedWTFast never helped me got the same ping with my ISP and Wtfast

Thanks needed to send boss an email guess I'll waitHeads up Cape Town Vumatel (trenched and Aerial) and Netstream users: AEX (the interconnect company who hands over FTTH traffic to ISPs) is running scheduled maintenance and core upgrades. A comms was sent out to affected clients (please let me know if you didn't get it so we can update lists). Maintenance was scheduled from 2-6am. It seems that AEX have started earlier than anticipated. Outage expected to last 60 mins.
@websquadza

Are you guys almost done with the maintenance? Hearing grumbling from the SOWill ask the team to check which lists you're subscribed to as you should receive these notices. Apologies for this one.
