Also used the yearly,will revert when mine goes up

I’m seriously feeling sorry for vodacom customers . Everyone I know of that has tried to up their packages have ended up with a major cluster f):&. . Hence my move to websquad. Imaging vodacom trying to do the automatically
 
@websquadza Any of your transit providers using SAT-3? I see Afrihost and Telkom has switched to SAT-3 since about 9am this morning :)

I don't think so. As just ran a speedtest after reading cable has been restored however still have a 228ms ping to coreix London on vumatel trenched DBN

It's not that good to London anyways since it lands in Spain and Portugal.
 
Question, with this vuma thing, with upgrades , I was half expecting to see 200/200 this morning,

Was there something I needed to do some my end?

We have to wait for Vumatel to do their thing. There is nothing Websquad can do. We sit and wait
 
Morning @websquadza - I am assuming there was a whole bunch of changes last night with all the speed upgrades etc etc.
Being on Octotel, I am assuming the change in my line was your initiative?
I haven't seen any communications but I seem to have gone from 100/100 to 200/25.
Just wondering if that's intentional? I rely fairly heavily on upload, so I highly appreciate the gesture and the upgrade, but let me know if there is some official comms around this?

Once again, appreciate everything you guys are doing during this time, I can only imagine the load and pressure you're under at the moment.

Morning. Will look into this, looks like the wrong line profile was applied. We haven't finalised comms yet, but we did push the upgrades yesterday. Will make sure you're on a 200/200.

Vumatel sent out a late update yesterday Cancelling the free upgrades. We're waiting for further feedback here.
