How is that issue with our slow speeds to JHB coming?

Afternoon. Can you check this again? After all the changes, we seemed to miss one small MTU setting.
 
I made the switch to OS away from VT during last month - very happy with service still.

I am struggling though with getting the IPv6 component running - have tried both with VyOS and now moved over to pfSense but not getting it right...

Anybody got some exp with any of these more arcane systems and willing to give an assist?

Woould also be able to set up a HowTo doc once it is all working to share :)

I have just finished configuring an opnSense box and it is working 100% :D
 
How long does it normally take to downgrade on Vuma? I submitted a ticket yesterday.

I’ve spoken to our FTTH team. Looks like there’s a technical difficulty on the Vuma portal processing this downgrade. It’s been escalated to Vumatel. We’ll keep you updated on the ticket.

The speed to the Vox server has actually gone down. MWEB one is slightly faster but nothing significant.

Could be related to their server. Seeing no performance out of VOX when testing from CPT, but tested alternatives (Afrihost and MTN and no issue) and getting the max my NIC on the test server can get (1G).

Still only peaking at 450 with Afrihost and 350 with MTN.

will reach out privately to run some diagnostics- should be seeing linewire on these tests
