Crazy local pings on battlefield Psn. More than 100ms.can see many others also unusually high

No issues we can see. Any chance you can get an IP for me to check?

100ms sounds more like load balancing off to weird and wonderful places.

Remember, you always have our looking glass to see if there are any routing issues from our regional cores (https://lg.as328137.net) - You can ping or traceroute to any server and see if there's an issue.

@websquadza Are you guys having any issues with Vumatel? I am with Mind the Speed, and for the past 2 weeks, I have been getting frequent connection drops, that last between 10 minutes and 1 hour. Apparently caused by the link between Vuma and MTS. I have been assured it is fixed multiple times, but it keeps cropping back up. I am thinking about moving to you guys, as I can't work like this. So basically, do you think it is worth the effort of me moving? Also, MTS doesn't offer the 1gbps package.

No upgrade on my side yet unfortunately. Waiting anxiously for the switch to be flipped. Come on man! Where’s my 200!

No issues here. Vuma sessions have been stable. Migration process is quite easy and generally painless - our FTTH team will take care of the entire process for you. Let me know if you would like one of them to reach out and talk you through the process - PM me your details. And the 1G is always nice to have

We're checking on the status of upgrades/package changes as well as the Vuma package changes with our KAMs at the moment. I think some of these may take some time due to the number of changes happening in one day, thanks in advance for your patience. All GPON clients are already on the new package speeds from our side, so as soon as the ONTs are re-provisioned, the speeds will be right.

No pressure on your part. Just tell them to hurry the fsck up ;)

Lol I’v been so stoned lately that I forgot today was already the 1st. For some reason I thought today was the 30th, so I was annoyed that I have 1 more day to wait. So I’m pleasantly surprised to see now that I’m sober how I’v missed a whole day.

Im on Vuma trenched and seems like the upgrade is in for me:
Ping: 4ms
Download: 508.52Mbps
Upload: 206.91Mbps

Unfortunately my linux driver for dells docking station usb ethernet port is limited to less than proper gigabit.

Do we have to reboot our ONT’s for it to take effect or is it automatic?
