One thing I can say for Octotel, is that they've never failed to do upgrades/downgrades same day. Vuma is likely dealing with a much biggest customer base though, so I guess it's not a fair comparison

Yours is showing as a provisioning issue; We've escalated with support. They'll need to push a manual re-provision. Please be patient here, i think this is a common issue today.
