@websquadza I am finally online again. Unfortunately, it seems that Vuma was wrong that the issue is with the ONT, as my speeds are still not where they should be. I sent messages to support and WhatsApp(Which isn't being read), but I seem to get much faster responses from you than my assigned support agent. Can you also send me the instructions for configuring IPv6 on my router, please? Or do I need to log a ticket for that?

Below are 3 speed tests and attached is a speed test on you integrated speed test(Upload is broken, by the way):

Just a quick @websquadza appreciation post. Never been with an ISP that has been this consistent with providing great service. Big thanks to everyone behind the scenes for keeping the lights on!
Definitely. I have been having issues since I started on the tail-end of last month, but almost definitely on Vuma's side. @websquadza has been trying to help me all the way, and most of the time support responds promptly.

Issue was definitely that ONT. Replacing it seems to have resolved your issue. Our Web sQuad speedtest server seems to be performing sub optimally. We picked it up earlier this week and thought this was a HDD issue, moved the speedtest files to RAMDISK to test and still a fault. Will replace this server as it's likely a faulty NIC or CPU issue. But your offnet tests look good.

There are a bunch of TCP tweaks that can eek out the +-5-10% you're missing there. Downloading TCP Optimiser will help. PPPOE also has some header (accounting for some capacity - +- 10% with the ether header taken into account - 20 bytes of every 1500 bytes) and the limited CPU on that Calix CPE probably also isn't helping. But the line looks good. Regarding support, there is no official Web sQuad Whatsapp support. It seems you have an agent's personal number and that's not an official support channel.

Didn't register long enough to get any notices from Vumatel. Likely a line card reboot.

Edit: Reading elsewhere on the forum, seems to have been slightly larger scale outage, and looks like AEX involved. not sure if it's related, but time matches.

for some reason can't attach elsewhere. two tests done straight after each other. machine is cabled directly. the MTR is the same one i sent you on PM

Thanks, I believe Support is working through this with you. No issues on our side, so probably a line issue or vuma issue given your visible packet loss in previous post.
