@websqaud , is there any chance the following is in the works?
Regards
- Mobile Web App for managing and monitoring account.
- Bandwidth utilization (Daily,Weekly,Monthly) stats from the portal/app
Thank you for reply. I will email support for this access you have mentioned.Hi. No mobile app for now. Our current My Web sQuad (my.websquad.co.za) is completely mobile friendly and lets you manage all your services, billing etc from your mobile phone.
We're constantly adding functionality to My Web sQuad and the roadmap does include integration of our our users' PPPoE accounts information. You can currently request access to a separate portal to view this if you're on a PPPoE connection, just email Support for this. This integration is currently under development through a vendor and we don't have an ETA on it yet. Vumatel trenched traffic monitoring is a different ballgame and we're working on an integration using their API to manage a few aspects of the Vumatel Trenched system, though we don't expect this functionality going live during 2019 as we have other dev projects currently underway.
@websquadza how can i tell if the fibre is live in the area ?
Deployment and construction is completed
Hi @websquadza, just wanted to ask some questions. I am currently with another ISP and considering moving my account over to you guys.
1.) with your 1 gigabit account on Vumatel what is the international speed on this account. I know the 1Gbps is for local but what will the line speed be to Europe?
2.) With a speed of 200/200 on your network to Europe what speed can I expect to get in real terms. can I expect say more than 125Mbps on the line?
3.) If I wanted to move my ISP over to you how do I go about moving my connection to you and how much downtime can I expect during the process.
Thanks.

Holy smokes how are you getting those speeds on international. I thought the gigabit account was only for local not international i thought you would be throttled at 100 or 200 (whichever websquads international speed is.
That picture by itself tells me I need to change
Dude, I have absolutely no clue. Didn’t expect this either. Maybe Vuma are being generous. I hope it stays like this.
