I have rebooted the equipment. Just to make sure it's not that.

Network outage notification: We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity problems on the vumatel network in Capetown, areas affected are Stellenberg, Stellenridge, Ridgeworth. Vumatel engineers are working on resolving the issue. Regards support Home-connect.-Home Connect System

Power issue at the Stellenberg POP. Techs are on site and have localised the issue.
Yeah, jHB North region seems to be affected - these suburbs were down this morning.

Latest Update from Vumatel:
Technicians have completed the temporary repair and services have restored.
They will be hauling in a new fibre cable today and when it's ready they will cut the damaged cable and splice onto the new cable.
These services will therefore drop again during the course of today but we will notify you before it does.
Got an IP I can test to? All our probes are showing pretty consistent times throughout - nothing setting off alarms. Perhaps a particular route/service?

Not sure if you're affected by the power issue at the Plumstead South DS? It's quite a large area that's fed by it. If not, please send a ticket.
Yes I am in the same area. It just came back up now
Seems that the second outage wasn't updated on the incident management side, but we received quite a number of tickets. Will update if we hear more, but should be resolved now.

It started working about 15 minutes ago
Yip still running. Went down twice on the Plumstead South DS but running smooth for the past 2 hours

Technicians are experiencing difficulties with keeping the second air conditioner running to cool the pop down sufficiently. Only one air conditioner is operating normally
