Just wanna say thanks to Websquad! I bought a new place and moved in this weekend.
I let them know in advance and they asked me to tell them when I am in. Let them know on Friday that I am in and if they can please move my service. This was done in a matter of 2 hours! Great service from WS!
@websquadza Invoices late again?

Thanks for the great feedback, will let all involved know! I've also sent accounts a message to check.

Been having some weird issues this last few weeks where my net would seem to go down (stutter?) for a few seconds every now and again.

So trying to figure out if it's an issue from my router or vumetel.

What would be the best method to figure this out?

I believe running a trace route (like winMTR or Something) would be the best option? If so any specific IPs I should use?

I wireshark of the event helps.

WinMTR or Pingplotter; Any local IP will do (speedtest.websquad.co.za, 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1) - we just need to establish where your drops are starting and carrying through.

@websquadza my line profile appears to have been reset to 1990's modem speed again. No loss to first hop, just this ridiculous speed:

Nevermind, I should just post on MyBB every time it happens, as it magically rights itself. Thanks Octotel.

weird not to have seen packet loss before like we usually do. I thought we were getting somewhere with them. Packet loss seems better. But still not 100% and progress is slow....

@websquadza I cant get more than 180Mbps speedtest on my 1000Mbps line. Did a few speedtests via cable directly into the router. Are there any issues on Evotel?
