Apologies again for the delayed response here. I've had a chat to our network team and we're looking into this and will communicate more in this regard.

In general, the FUP is there purely as a protection measure and as I asked the team to mention in the mail, you should have received a notice and not been left guessing - I am investigating why this didn't occur as this is our company policy.
Any update on this?

It has been a week with no response?

Are you still seeing this? I know support responded to your ticket with the DDOS blackhole, but these are all fastly CDN and should be locally served by their CDN; unless fastly is having another issue and this is inbound over transit. Checking on this now

Thanks. I'm trying to figure out now what could have caused a DDOS trigger, I haven't done anything special or different from my normal usage so a bit stumped.

Do you know the (D)DOS is getting triggered by too many connections to a specific IP or is it a true DDOS? If it's mainly one or two IPs then I could know what's causing it.

Can you mention that on the ticket quickly? The team are going to try pull a log and see what caused it and let you know. Should be easily resolved.

My BuyVM slice is also dropping SSH sessions occasionally
 
We checked, still showing as provisioning failed on this side. We escalated again. As soon as it provisions it will come online. Our side is 100%. Thanks for your patience here.
Hi @websquadza Vuma are saying that the ticket ISP-502233 needs to be cancelled and a new activation requested. Norah says she does not have the rights to cancel the order. PLEASE assist? I have spoken to Gavin from Vuma to request that they cancel it from their side, no answer yet.
I REALLY need to get online now, it is impacting my work situation, as I have almost no signal on 3G, with max 1Mbps throughput. This is now critical for me.

Both these traces look clear. The losses don't carry through to the last hop in either case. Routers along a MTR path may not always reply to ICMP requests (they're too busy pushing packets and ICMP is CPU intensive, so routers generally rate limit ICMP requests). Your last hops on both MTRs is clear though.
 
@websquadza I just responded again to my ticket. Still cannot access these sites and I don't know what I must do to unblock it?

I've had to use a VPN to use the internet normally.

Hi, thanks for your patience on this one. We've taken vuma to task on this, as they don't give us any access to cancelling active orders. We're following up and harassing everyone there constantly. More updates to follow.

Hi @websquadza

Please urgently respond to my pm.

The Mikrotik router you sold me is defective. LAN port 1 - 5 no longer work, that means WAN port isn’t working and therefore this unit is dead. A 3k paperweight.

Please see to it that first thing tomorrow morning, someone delivers a new pre configured unit to my premises and you can have the old one back.
