Webafrica - does anybody else have issues with them?

My Webafrica LTE is hardly functional - for several days already. I guess these things happen.

In Webafrica's case it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them.

Their useless Whatsapp service - when choosing option 4 (to chat to a human) you get the response "I might not be human, but that language hurts my circuits. ". Which is very very cute - and so very very funny. Especially after days and days of trying this.

Cool - let's call. 1.5 hour queue time.

No email address to email directly.

Logging into their customer portal, trying to start a support ticket takes you back to that whatsapp robot.

Any email I have ever found can't be delivered.

I tried to cancel my account via their online "portal". The response was an error "Error! An error has occurred while submitting your cancellation. Please try again later.'"

So it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel.

Is this even legal?
