Can you drop our ADSL guys a line to see if they can see a problem at all.
Can you just please explain why you ask for the guy's details every time? He either has access through the network or he doesn't? Or, can you guys really tune individual accounts?

No worries, more than happy to explain.
I ask for details as there could possibly be an underlaying issue here. Congested exchange, overloaded DSLAM, outstanding line fault etc etc. If we have the account details, it's also easier to communicate updates (which I add to escalations from the forums to the engineers or Support guys) to the dudes asking the questions on the forum!
We can "tweak" individual accounts, however in a situation like this it won't help a thing. It seems like there is problem which needs to be trended, isolated and fixed. It allows our Networking guys a much tighter sphere to look at, instead of troubleshooting a million points on the network
