WebAfrica slow speeds

Looks like they are now mad at me.

Serves me right for complaining.



Had to switch to Axxess AGAIN. (Not punting Axxess by the way, they just happen to be the ISP that I chose for the backup account.)

good grief, i just capped my saix account, switched over to webafrica and this is terrible, i can't even load the speedtest website :(
 
Now it is so slow I cannot even open any Website with it. :mad:

Backup account is still working just fine.
 
Unusable www this morning ;-(

Pings OK but superslow www and email download takes over a minute for a 50k email
Now on AFRIHOST account and no problems
Line & ADSL with WA on Titan Complete 2
 
Yeah having the same problems this morning. Webafrica not even usable. I'm in the Durban area. Quite crazy cause I'm getting like 2kB/s.
 
Webafrica completely dead in the water for me right now... massive packet loss and cannot even open GMail. Have logged a call with the call center.

My cybersmart account works but not well, my Afrihost backup is flying at 4 Meg.

What's going on WA??? I couldnt even load normal websites this morning. Speedtest.net wouldnt even load and mybroadband.co.za eventually loaded. Had to switch over to my mweb account (again). (contrary to a lot of the posts my mweb account is working very well - maybe because I'm in CPT :D ) Even rebooted my router a few times but no WA joy :( I could still ping international sites funny enough. I'm on the Titan 2 package. I used to be a big WA fan but it seems those days are fading fast.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
 
Seems like we're experiencing a temporary issue on one of our international links, should be back up shortly.
More updates to follow on the status page and forum link I posted above.
