Ive been dealing with these guys for 5 weeks now and getting nowhere beyond the ISPA who ive already logged a case with is there anywhere else i can go to get assistance. I ordered fibre through webafrica and before i could even complete the online form i had an agent calling me fast forward to 5 weeks later and i dont have no fibre and all their agents can tell me is they are waiting for feedback, is it feedback on how to effectively do their job because i basically did that for them as well.

I had to find out the information for the previous tenant in my unit and who their ISP was because webafrica simply did not know and after providing them with all the information needed they still log tickets incorrectly and agents want to be cocky when i tell them all the information they think they found and then they act surprised bunch of ID10T errors, but i was always told yes technology can be buggy but the biggest problem is found between the chair and keyboard. So if anyone can advise who or which channels i can go through i will appreciate it.

The best advice here is to cancel your order with Webafrica and go to an ISP who actually does provide support..

This is what support is like from Webafrica and you don't even have fibre yet.. Imagine what happens a year down the line when your internet goes down and you need their support.. Based on the current experience, you would be sitting without internet for 5 weeks..

Terrible support from Webafrica is nothing new and you need only trawl through the forum here to find numerous complaints about their support..

I agree, the amount of headaches i am having and i don't even have the service yet. I have cancelled with them and i am now reporting them to every channel and forum i can find, I've logged cases with ICASA, ISPA and reported them on google, hello peter and will continue to do so for 5 weeks like i have had to wait for them to tell me they are still awaiting feedback they are clever because they do not give you a head office address or a number you can call because they know people would have burnt that office down long time ago. All those youtube ads that people are forced to watch faster fibre se gat, only thing fast about them is how fast they take your money thats all

My advice is to not go with WebAfrica. I used to have them as an ISP. What you're experiencing now will likely be your experience throughout your time with them. Their support is the worst of any company I've ever dealt with.

Can't believe people still use webafrica, a quick google tells you how absolutely shyte they are..
