You guys should consider the diet and exercise plans of some of the guys who had to buff/cut up for superhero roles.
I mean they had the best that money could buy in terms of nutrition and gym work to be able to convincingly portray their characters it multi million dollar movies.
Heres one from Chris Evans for Captain America and plenty others on the web:

Great program, with tips, recipes and videos.
Had a look there and those reps/sets are insane not to mention the supplements and food you have to consume.
Id say impractical for the mainstream but interesting nontheless.
Seconded. Filling this thread with off topic posts.Probably time the boets in this thread migrate back to the bodybuilding section...

The difference between the Durnin/Womersley and Jackson/Pollack methods is quite significant. BF of 18.6% vs 13.9% in my case. Which do you prefer and why?
There's also the question of getting from density to BF % as well, using either Siri or Brozek. I just averaged the two.![]()
Thanks, any idea what I can do to increase those calories without having to stuff huge quantities of food down my throat?
I'm not the biggest eater sometimes and other times I can eat a ton. It really varies so i'm looking for something thats easy to consume I guess.
Please tell me you are not following something to do with that mr Noakes oak.
Carbs are your bodies preferred energy source. (Healthy Carbs) Tim Noaks = Devil
If you want to follow the low carb route.
Go with the Atkins lifestyle. That works.

Pray tell, what's the difference between modern Atkins, and what Tim Noakes advocates?
