Shusay= Thor?
Seems odd someone would join today just to back Thor up![]()
Oh and Drewchan, are you aware that at the bottom of every threads it brings up a selection of "similar threads"? And that many similar threads to this one are started by... you?
Oh yes, the people that even abuse Thyriod medication to try and "cut". Decades and decades of substance abuse and limpdicidus. Those are the people I want advice from. Have not met a smart bodybuilder. They seem to try and make up for many things with the gross bodies they display. Shame man.Bodybuilders understand a ****load more about nutrition than desk jockeys, and they have decades of proven results behind them.
.
Because no vegan ever wanted to gain or lose weight, right?
Not in this context, no.
Anyway, I understand where he's coming from. He's passionate about the subject and I think he and Thor are/were trying to impart knowledge that (from their understanding) would help people. They've obviously gone about it the wrong way, but I get what the intention is. It's like Jehovah's Witnesses. They don't want to go door to door, but they also don't want you to go to hell.
Anyway, I currently weigh 88kg. I'm 1.86m tall, so my BMI is 25.4.
What I really want to do is cut my body fat percentage to less than 15%, and build muscle. I'm actually not too concerned if my weight drops or increases, as long as I look better in the mirror.
But, for the sake of a goal, let us say that I want to weigh 80kg by the end of the year.
Gee, I thought I'd venture in here for some healthy advice, instead we have this?
Do you need an ice cream maker to make that?
No, but it helps. You could do it without an ice cream maker - all that would be required is to stir the ice cream while it is freezing every 30 minutes or so until it has properly frozen.
Basically, the science behind it is that ice crystals will form when water freezes, if it freezes slowly, or if the crystals are not broken up while it is freezing. Thus, the two methods for getting smooth ice cream are either freezing it with liquid nitrogen so that it freezes instantly, or, if you have none of that, mixing it while it freezes so that you break up the ice crystals.
You want to get the mixture cold in the fridge first, until it is just above freezing. Then, either put it in your ice cream maker (which churns as it freezes) and remove it once it is below freezing (it will not be completely solid). Or, put it in your freezer and beat it every half hour.
Can you ass hats please stop derailing the thread with your high fat low carb bull****.
The rest of us would actually like to use this thread as motivation, we aren't here to read your silly bitching sessions (which span pages).
Grow up and take it outside. You'll burn more calories this way too.
Thanks - Management.
Thanks.
You're not management, so no one has to take notice of you.
And things might be easier if you could actually take the time to figure out who was derailing.
Thanks.
I vote Thor #JustSaying
Back to the BOET thread like I suggested several pages back

Would really love to meet you in real life without a keyboard.
