Weight loss

New scale says 51.3. Last week was 51.7.

Don't think I am actually losing/gaining anything atm. Gym is going great. Just wish my frigging tummy would get with the program :mad:

Six pack is created in the kitchen, not in the gym. Strict diet helps.
 
Morning folks, back in the grind after 3 weeks abroad :)

think i actually lost a kilo, and my leg muscles have actually toned up quite a bit thanks to all the walking :D

looking forward to the last stretch b4 year end,

Hi everyone, I am still around - just going through a hectic time at work and home. Gained 2.5kgs, restarting again from today. Damn friends visiting and feeding me beer pasta and pizzas

Sorry Googoo your stats are now updated. I'm at 69.9 sigh

Morning everyone

A new week, I'm down a kilo which I don't believe.

Neway it's time to knuckle down I have a goal to reach in 4 weeks which is 2.5kgs from my current weight. Cleaning the diet completely. Damn potatoes my mother fed me stagnated the scale. :cool: easy to blame someone else hey?
 
My chicken wings won't go away :(

And I didn't weigh in today.. Mornings have been a little hectic since my baby's been going to creche

I believe I experienced my first "Carb Hangover"

Been drinking beer, eating pizza, pasta and burgers.

Friend left yesterday so went back to normal eating (fairly low carb, high protein, some fat)

This morning I felt like I had been hit by an anvil, I was out of sorts, sluggish and weak. Still feeling freakishly tired although I went to bed early n got my 8 hours.
