Im currently 83Kg, 1.79m tall.
Target weight is 76Kg.
Im starting crossfit properly next month , currently doing squash 4 times a week, boxing twice a week, all in evenings.
Will be cutting out all fizzy drinks, lowering my food portions (because I eat massive amounts) and attempt to limit my beer intake.

you should be able to jog at a decent pace for 20 minutes without stopping.
I have always felt that any cardio less than 40 minutes is a waste though.
My bf and I got an app called C25K which aims to get you off the couch and jogging 5km in 25 minutes over 9 weeks.
Its a nightmare
But at least we are doing it together![]()
I enjoy cycling and it doesn't kill me but I've never liked jogging and never did jog before. Just started recently.
I also have a very negative feeling towards 'tekkies' but got me some this year that actually look quite nice and are super comfy so the whole exercise thing should go a bit better.
