Weight loss

i want to ...but im going to gain alot more i think :D

i lost around 4 during the fast

i jsut had 4 slices of chicken mayo and now im having a banana

just had some cake ffs. :( after a good week. no sugar and bread for the past couple of days. weekends are the worst though. any tips for weekends would be appreciated. especially when you on the road and want to get something to eat.

cant go into golden dish and ask for a paleo meal..

Ask someone to drop you off in the wilderness. Its the only way
 
If I miss anyone - PM me and say you want to join - additionally send me weight im kgs if you want to.

Unfortunately can't do it in BF% as not everyone will have the facilities to measure it

Also re: eating healthy on weekends - carry stuff around with you - I carry carrots as a snack ^_^

I'm doing strength training so I'm actually hoping to turn my 5kg into muscle. Starting weight 62kg.
 
sounds good, anyone got any ideas where i can get a scale that does BF% and other such measurements? :confused:

my dietician has a fancy one, but im scared to ask how much she paid for it:erm:

I have one -Mr Price Sport for R150 if I remember correctly -

They are not particulary accurate - but good for measureing increase and decreases.
