Weight loss

I wish I was your 109kg :cry:
I would be too scared to eat that, will stick to my soups and veges and stuff.

Anyhow only 25kgs to go, easy as eating apple pie, or chocolate cake :whistle:

Scared why?

My cholesterol went from 5.8 to 4.5 while I was eating like that. My HDL was somewhere around 2.5, LDL was 1.1... Docs couldn't believe it.
 
Lunch was chicken breast n a salad. I'm having a kark day at work so it will be a salad again for supper. Don't have energy for anything else. Will chuck a tin of tuna on it for good measure.

You're not going to find it in food - trust me. It might seem like it at the time but afterwards you just feel crappy AND guilty...
Try find something else to comfort you. I know its difficult but it will be rewarding in the end.
 
Got the new mens health magazine and it came with a free workout dvd (no gym/no equipment) + it came with 20% off jeans at edgers-probably not major brands :D

I didn't pack in lunch yesterday so I gt to choose between biltong from the guy who loves to wink at me (but never gives me free biltong :mad:) or deep fried food in 100 day old oil from the chinese shop (so besides the oil, theres no guarantee as to what exactly it is) so I picked the biltong - against my will. It was flipping delicious though.

But today I have salad and strawberries :D

My Choices for the day

Chicken in Yoghurt Sauce with Starch & Veg R27.00
Crumbed Calamari Strips with Chips & Salad R27.00
Italian Bolognaise with Grated Cheese R27.00
Vegetable Wraps with Salad
Apple Pie with Custard

I'm gonna go for the chicken - remove startch and do one of the veg.
