For sure, but there is healthier options, I lost 21 Kg's over a period of 14 months, which was suggested by my doc. Was all done within healthy parameters.
Well seems like the other guy picked up again so maybe it didn't work... but not every body is the same.
I'm just glad I'm not a stick insect![]()
They say this trend applies to all low fat foods. Does this include milk?

not really, milk is processed differently to strip out the fat which mainly resides in the cream anyway, they don't add sugar to enhance the taste of the milk like they do with other low-fat products
heheh to quote a mate of mine... I hate liars. Lying is bad. And I hate low fat milk. It's water, lying about being milk. Double hate.

Also just read the labels...
My fat free yoghurt definitely looks better than Nutriday low fat...
what's the glycaemic carb content?
Except they do - both Douglasdale and Clover low fat milk have 5gr of sugar per 100ml
Hold on I have to go steal someones yoghurt
This is exactly what it says:
PnP Smooth Fat Free 100g vs (Nutriday Smooth Low Fat 100g)
Glycaemic carb 7mg (17g)
Of which sugar 2.9g (15.6g)
The Pnp one makes no sense![]()
probably a misprint
I did pick it up again - why? Because I reverted to my previous bad eating habits. I'm a carb addict.
As for "starvation"? Nope. I ate vast amounts of meat, eggs, cheese, biltong, nuts and bacon. Lots and lots of bacon.
I wish I was your 109kg
I would be too scared to eat that, will stick to my soups and veges and stuff.
Anyhow only 25kgs to go, easy as eating apple pie, or chocolate cake![]()
