This morning scale is showing 1.5kg down. Approx 1kg away from my lowest weight as an adult. Took additional progress pick - I think I've made good headway, 1 month 6 days remaining.

So she's sitting there twice my size and telling me it doesn't matter that I've lost weight, my diet is very unhealthy. Then she goes on to lecture me how unhealthy it is to have butter in my coffee, while she's busy dunking her buttered biscuits in her tea. Oh and it's better to just cut down on portion sizes...because that's been working so well for her :twisted:

I had someone at least 3 times my size tell me I shouldn't eat any more brownies because I'm so fat already...

Very little. I eat rice cakes and drink lots of water during the day. I eat chicken breasts at night. No junk food and sodas.

Can't I just bash her over the head with it? I was tempted to bash her with something when she started going on about me ending up with heart disease. Aah well more motivation for me. I shall refrain from rubbing her face in it when I lose more weight and she still looks like a hippo
