jumped on the scale when the wife went to go weigh.
weight: 91.1kg
BF: 33% - long ways to go here. anyways need to get a decent scale no wthat gives all these things. although i hear the best bodyfat measure is to get pinched at a dietician.

My lawdie! I am 40kg heavier than you!
Granted, it's all muscle now. I had to run down the latest Rambo remake role because I can't extend my arms far enough any longer...
40kg's is nothing. SO is about 45kg's heavier than me and I can handle him with ease

thanks, the trip was way more than I ever expected, I'm going to be working through my real pics during this week and will start posting in the thread, I got some stunning shots
Nepal really is an amazing country on so many fronts and for us Saffers still good value for money.
Today's lunch was creamy scrambled eggs (double-boiler-custard-style method) with cumin, jalapenos, mushrooms, garlic and apple cider vinegar...
It was like a Mexican chicken abortion in my mouth. Delicious...
