Urgh, had my BF measured last night with a Biokineticists. 9.6%, but it seems like everything is around my stomach

I wish I'd discovered coconut oil earlier. I'm in love with it. I got bitten by those flying black ants on Sunday. Damn things bit me in a 5cm line on my leg. Usually the itching flares up every evening for about a week. Just one application of coconut oil and the itching stopped and the marks were gone yesterday.

Interesting... coconut oil is antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal, but I never knew it had an effect on poison from a bite

Back in the office after a week sick leave ane my clothing look like a dressed with black bags this mornin. So far everyone said I lost weight :D

I can't see it on the scale so I guess I'll go do some measurements tonight. Oh happy day!

Interesting stuff this coconut oil. Is anyone cooking with it?

I want to change from canola oil and I know I could go the olive oil route but I just don't like the taste of olive oil in my curry and stews.

So is this a decent replacement?

According to most sites it is. I bought the organic odourless one so it's not virgin oil, but the benefits are almost the same apparently. So far it's doing an excellent job as an appetite suppressant, so intermittent fasting is a breeze. I used it in butternut curry and to fry chicken and it was fine. Didn't really like it in scrambled eggs.

After just a little more than 2 weeks of gymming ... I've lost 2kg.

~~ Oh baby you ... got me in the shape I'm in ~~

Pay no attention to OMB. He's grumpy. Last week he was dopey from the mountain air :p

Good going Picard!

Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious!

Tinned sardine (brined, washed), tinned smoked oysters - flash fried in butter with garlic and lemon. Chucked in some capers, mint, coriander and finished with white truffle oil.

Damn, was good!
