My wife is anything but gentle her iphone, so I need an cover that can take quite a beating.

Which ones do you guys suggest?

Preferred from takealot, but can shop around.

I bought the Spigen Ultra Hybrid 2nd gen through Amazon. Cheaper than some of the junk you get here and a very sturdy case with good coverage (and not too bulky). That with a glass screen protector was cheaper via Amazon than it was to buy an average case this side.

hmm amazon uk does not want ship that case here :(

Ok amazon US does ship that case here.

I find US works out cheaper for most items anyway. I used the cheapest shipping, which is Aramax, and it arrived a couple days before the expected date.

Thule, Lifeprufe, Otterbox. Personally I had a Speck Presidio (spelling) on my iPhone 6 and now on my 7 as well and it's handling the odd drop here and there well so far.

A year or so ago we whent camping for the weekend, very late in the evening sitting around the fire my buddy realise his iPhone 6s isn't in his pocket anymore. I call it and we hear the ringtone faintly, right there but soft as if far away. We search and call, search and call, at some point he opened the coolerbox to get another beer and there at the bottom he sees the phone glowing. Turns out it fell out of his pocket at some point in to the coolerbox which was standing right next to his chair. It was under water and ice for who knows how long in a Lifeprufe case and he still has that same phone today.

RhinoShield.

Unfortunately it’s a direct import job which makes it expensive if you want it quickly.
