I have to ask a girl out tomorrow.... She's new at my workplace, but we are in different departments that don't interact..
We've been flirting with each other with just our eyes for a couple weeks.. staring as we walk past each other.

She started out smiling at me, but I didn't really smile back, because I'm actually blown away that she's into me. She's very pretty, which is why I haven't made a move yet, because I almost can't believe it. Honestly, I forget to smile , because I'm like a deer in headlights..
Why the fk am I like this?...

It's been a couple days since she gave me "Fk me" eyes... I should have made a move after work that day. I think she feels kinda hurt...
Anyway, I have to do it tomorrow after work... Basically telling her that we should hang out and get to know each other, and doing so VERY confidently, is the only thing that can save me here. Got a bunch of guys circling her at work too, but they're all trying to "befriend" her and do her favours, I think I need to be more bold than them, I don't want to start in or end up in the friend zone.

Advice? Comments? Tell me I'm an idiot?

Tbh, half the girls in that building is going out with someone in that building. And these days, you either meet them at work, or you meet them on dating sites. Have you tried dating sites? =P Unless you're 6 feet+ you can forget it.
I would be able to meet girls through friends, but I don't have any, I lost all of those when I moved countries...

Anyway, work romances seem pretty normal at my work place, like I said. Young people have few friends and rarely go out these days. They meet people at work instead. High staff turn over at this place as well.

It would be kind of embarrassing seeing her all the time if she jilts me.... The job is replaceable though, let's keep that in mind.

She goes out of her way to stare at me when I'm in the vicinity. And she gave me very intimate eye contact. If she was just smiling I wouldn't be a deer in headlights.

You know how guys are oblivious to subtle signals and flirtations that girls give off? Everyone knows this. I am particularly oblivious. So when I say a girl is flirting with me, she is making it really obvious. She knows I know that she is flirting too. That's why I'm afraid I hurt her feelings by not approaching her.

Maybe even a ring at this point is appropriate, did you see how she was giving the op eyes, she's in for the long haul!!
