It's been a couple days since she gave me "Fk me" eyes... I should have made a move after work that day. I think she feels kinda hurt...
Anyway, I have to do it tomorrow after work... Basically telling her that we should hang out and get to know each other, and doing so VERY confidently, is the only thing that can save me here. Got a bunch of guys circling her at work too, but they're all trying to "befriend" her and do her favours, I think I need to be more bold than them, I don't want to start in or end up in the friend zone.

Advice? Comments? Tell me I'm an idiot?

You know how guys are oblivious to subtle signals and flirtations that girls give off? Everyone knows this. I am particularly oblivious. One of these days, humans will have ability to make noise from somewhere and make other human being understand that noise. I don't know when it will happen but I believe scientists are on to it. Don't lose hope.

Workplace will be getting very uncomfortable soon... Maybe she is just being friendly... You overstep and get an appointment with the nice people at human resources and sent for sexual harassment training.

If not, make sure of the pronouns, else the above...

The OP should just walk towards the co-worker simulating thrusting motions with his hips and hands.


Geez OP....

If new person makes eyes at you at work more than once, you need to go up to them and introduce yourself.
Welcome them to the organisation, ask about where they came from and then find out if they are married or have an eye problem.
Then you casually greet them for a bit, if one day they walk up to your desk and make flirty small talk, then you ask them out.
If not then you go jerk off in the cubicle.
