Yes. One from your Switch to POE injector - one from POE injector to AP.

Use the one from your old TP Link

If the switch can power the AP directly then you don't need the POE - most consumer grade Switches don't provide POE though
Thanks. I attached the bracket to the ceiling now I can't attach the AP to the bracket...

Theres a LAN port and a POE port on the POE. Which cable goes in where?

Ok I managed to figure it out, having a slow morning. Setting up the unit was the easiest thing ever.

I upgraded the firmware to the latest version but is there anything else I need to do or settings I need to change for optimal performance?
