Will CellC Fixed LTE be allowed to Roam on MTN?

During the week, the "big" news was that CellC signed a roaming agreement with MTN which included LTE.

Will this mean that their Fixed LTE offering will now include areas covered by MTN's LTE?

I sure hope so, as we don't have much choice in the bush.

Doubt it will be for lte a. also the agreement is only for the outlier areas not for the metros

No, it's Fixed to avoid congestion, you weren't allowed to roam on Vodacom as well.

The Vodacom agreement didn't allow LTE roaming at all. I routinely roam on Vodacom 3G using the CellC 200GB prepaid package. It is actually faster than the 4G MTN where I stay.

This new MTN roaming agreement allows 4G. That's why I'm asking if the CellC Fixed LTE allows roaming on MTN's LTE network now?

Read again what people say. On Fixed LTE you are not allowed to roam Vodacom, so why you should be allowed roaming with MTN?

The package you using will roam on the new MTN network but if you move over to the fixed service you can't roam because the service is fixed to one tower that mobile users Don't have access to.
