Report won't be released, PP got a legal advise from the lawyers not to continue with the release pending the interdict.

Also heard this on the radio this morning.

These interdict don't mean much in the day and age of the internet,

Once it's been released and on the net, no nation on earth can censor it.....

Des van Rooyen's lawyer says the applications from the four parties is a publicity stunt.
Judge Fourie wants him to discuss the idea of a preservation order until Tuesday with the other parties.
President Jacob Zuma is due to argue his case on Tuesday.
Judge Fourie wants all the applications heard on the same day, hence the "preservation order".

Yes, it is, but I think they should include in the order an indication of where it will be kept, who will order it's release (or not), etc.
