Windows 10 is having a DirectX10 support but I think it is not performing well. I found this relatively slow and I am unable to figure out why it is giving me so issue. I am having an Nvidia 600 series graphic card. With 2GB Ram. I had played a few games before that worked well but recently I had installed GTA 5 on the same and this game lags a lot. I am having 8GB ram and still the game freezes....
