Anyway build 10586 is out today. Going to grab the ISO in campus tomorrow and install it on my desktop, laptop and tablet on the weekend.

Haha... but seriously, I don't understand the bleating, win10 has simply worked "out the box" with zero issues, for me at least.

It does work. It's just you that are clouded by a vendetta against Windows 10 or smoking some heavy stuff that I'd like to get the streetname of.
If only you can get a right update (10586) without downloading old junk (including Flash Player virus which had been disabled and never used).Can you imagine what it'll be like when it gets out of pre-beta?!
You can't, unless you accept gestapo order for downloading all outdated updates.

Windows 7 is supported for many more years. No need to use 10 if it doesn't work for you.

Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586
Failed to install on 2015/11/13
Wasted 2.9GB on my Giga200. Tomorrow full report. For now just note that you mustn't do Windows Update. Use Media Creation Tool instead. If you already have one, download a new one (just in case).

Updated to 1511 worked perfectly on all 4 systems over here. No issues.
