Yup, but it's done this on all of the updates.
hmmm, you might need a fresh install, that'd be my guess

My start button stops working as well as the search bar. Also, my sound cuts out after a while and I have to restart my laptop. Does this happen to anyone else?
A poster in this thread has a lot of PCs to upgrade to Win 10, and is concerned about the cap it'll take.
Does anyone know if it'll be possible to just grab the upgrade on one PC and then distribute it through a network or something?
I'm not sure about the 7/8>10 upgrade itself, but my understanding is that the client update engine will sniff out nearby PCs and grab updates from local machines so you don't have to use the WAN to pull them down. Just download the ISO same as the good old days.
One download, multiple installs.
It looks like while browsing menu system. However it raises the question:I'm not sure about the 7/8>10 upgrade itself, but my understanding is that the client update engine will sniff out nearby PCs and grab updates from local machines so you don't have to use the WAN to pull them down. Where can one download it from?
Links will be made available when the upgrade is made available.
I wouldn't be surprised if the upgrade tool just downloads the ISO anyway.
From what I understood there was a tool to convert the upgrade download and make a USB drive from it.

Have any of you received a invite to the windows 10 launch event?

Quoting again, as this is important for everybody on metered connection (most of us). Be careful, as Microsoft employed torrents-type update system which can turn your PC into update server over Internet! There is an option you must turn off:I'm not sure about the 7/8>10 upgrade itself, but my understanding is that the client update engine will sniff out nearby PCs and grab updates from local machines so you don't have to use the WAN to pull them down.
