Hello there.
I downloaded the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant from the South African microsoft site and tried both PayPal and MasterCard, and got the error message "We could not process your payment, please check your payment info".
Why is this happening? I made sure all my info was correct.
Why is Microsoft using Arvato for their payments? It looks really crummy in my opinion.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated! Microsoft support is terrible, myBB is my only hope!
