Might be cause I use to have a US account.

Got an Xbox account way before they even supported South Africa. Oddly my account is now set as RZA, yet quote US pricing in the mail:

Then removing the games doesn't prove much because I think everyone with an Xbox is already digital all the way at this point. I hope all this doom and gloom means we'll see some decent black Friday deals.

I was in Italy a few weeks back and saw a game store and went in, zero Xbox games.

Asked the guy why they don't stock it and he said because of Game Pass.

I have no idea. I created my account when it was R119 and my 3 years finished on the 13th. They could change the pricing before next month but I'm happy for the time being.

I had recurring billing off and my card I used back then expired. I turned on the billing and loaded a new card and was surprised to see they took R119.

Also Sony normally has 12 Month packs, that's a lot cheaper than month-to-month. Even better if you buy said pack on Black Friday.

I know, I'm a ps5 owner, wanted to switch to Xbox for some time now, this makes things more difficult
