They're both great games. Whatever you do and however much you enjoy Origins, don't get the expansion /DLC, whatever it's called. Utter crap. I speak from experience.

TY for warning

I actually just finished main game (68 hours) last night and was wondering if I should DLC or not.

Might have some small tasks left but I think for most part I completed the story and most side missions.

Gooly "Brown stuff that aint chocolate"
You can play your PC games on the Xbox using the Controller!!!!

And its super easy 2.

On Xbox go to store and install Wireless Display, then start it. (My home network is cabled so it works that way 2)
On Windows 10 PC, just press WIN + P select display type, search for your Xbox... connect. Thats it.

I do this all the time via game stream and my nvidia shield pro

But I do have my controllers plugged via active usb cable from my pc. Otherwise the latency suck if you are also streaming them.

The draw distance in this game is just amazing!!

Assassin's Creed Origins.jpg
Not bad for a budget console, if I have to say so myself....
Did a brief look in Odyssey and that's even better, cant wait to see what Valhalla looks like.

I think that the Series S is going to be the biggest seller this gen, that is a powerful little box for the money you pay.

Once we lose last gen and Xbox One S backwards compatibility then this console will show its real power.

We aren't going to lose backwards compatibility. It's just a pity they made the S digital only.

No what I mean is that once they don't make last gen compatible games because currently the Series S is getting mostly the Xbox One S version of games.

Once they cut the cord then the Series S will shine.

And I wish there was a digital only Series X, with Game Pass and game sharing I don't need a disc drive.

I get the need for physical media in some camps.

Me personally avoid them like the plague, haven't bought a physical game since 2012. Not only do they kill the environment when chucked in the bin but with all this day 1 patches became kind a useless. You may as well download the game anyway cause of the size of some of them. Also with digital you don't have to constantly swap out media every time you wanna play something else.

Other benefits is having a full library just a login away so if you loose your belongings or move country your software is just a download away.

What I would love, is to keep the retail stores open or even add store competition. Like if they could sell "physical" cards with scratch codes to redeem, or better, having the till slip with the redeem code. <-- Like air time.
Online stores should also be able to sell you codes like Steam games can.

Xbox games you can still get second hand for a decent price.

I wasn't a big fan of Origins. Odyssey was amazing. I loved it so much. Did everything I could in it and even got the season pass. Can't wait to play Valhalla at some point in time.
