Question: I am buying a 2nd hand one, only used for a very short while. Belongs to a friend who kept it after her splitup with bf in Feb. Been lying in her cupboard in the box since then. Will I need to ask her ex to please delink it from his Microsoft account? I want to be able to sign in with my xbox360 account and download games and play online

Afaik you can reset the console to remove the existing account or just add your account and carry on bf use whatever content is attached to the existing one. Hope you’re getting a gamepass sub.

Just reset it to factory settings and sign in with your account...

I was lucky to get a PS5 on the eBucks store last year. But it was a frustrating experience. Many people bought multiple PS5's and then sold them for more at other places. Even here. I wonder if FNB will allow scalpers to buy multiple consoles again.

i dont do the ebucks deals anymore, havnt upgraded account or made changes to get ebucks

i get like R150 a month only ...used my last ebucks couple grand on flights and the other day bought a modem from takealot

Gave in to the Black Friday hype for the first time and got the Xbox S on special from Takealot. Wish it was the X but just too pricey for me. Still, can't wait for Tuesday's delivery to arrive !!!

Cause I had my S for only 6 months before I upgraded to X cause of 384Gig HD space. There was no black edition at launch, if there was I probably still be on S.

Memory card + Series S = Series X price.
