Your Favourite Open Source Software?

I recently found this node based image processing utility which is very useful for image upscaling using AI GANS, but it also does a bunch of other functions as well.

For those who are interested, there has been some progress on the move of the list from Gist to the new website.

Wordpress has been configured and security hardened and I just need to upload the entries. I've been trying to find a good way to template each entry on the list and upload them in bulk from a csv. At the moment I'm leaning towards writing (ie. plagiarising from Github) a script to do this using the Wordpress API. I'd appreciate any suggestions of a better way to do this if anyone has one.

OnionFruit Connect
OnionFruit™ Connect is a free utility that allows users to connect to the Tor network with minimal effort. Taking a similar form to a VPN program, it's easy to use and gives the user maximum control. Acting as a system proxy, the majority of programs will also be able to connect without much further configuration (including web browsers!).

Is this list confined to software only? What about useful information licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license?

Here is an example: CERT Societe Generale has just released some easy to use operational security incident best practices, titled Incident Response Methodologies (IRMs). They have recently been reviewed and cover some of the most common security incidents that are typically managed by a CERT, such as:

Worm infection
Social Engineering
Information Leakage
Insider abuse
Customer Phishing
Scams
Trademark Infringement
Phishing
Ransomware
Lareg-scal compromise
Windows intrusion
Unix / Linus intrusion and detection
DDoS
Malicious network behaviour
Website defacemment
Malware detection
Blackmail
Smartphone malware

They are not only reflex sheets for use during a security incident, but also provide guidance (based on NIST) on the full incident management lifecycle: Preparation, Identification, Containment, Remediation, Recovery, and Lessons learned.
