Has been down since the 19th April 2011 - four days now. Call centre staff were unaware of this until this afternoon (23th). They kept telling me it was my firewall or a virus on my computer, changed a thousand little things & settings - wasting over four hours of my time! I'm concerned that Cell C's Net Ops and the Call Centre do not appear to be in contact with each other. I took this package last month (March) and am already regretting it - the inconsistent service worries me. I have to admit that when it works it is fast, but it is miserable when it doesn't.
