******** - Will take your car apart destroy it and charge you HUGE amounts of money to do it. They took my Vehicle Ripped it apart Send me a Quote for R51 000 then suggested I put another motor. Gave them another motor, they quoted me R3500 to put in this motor and then obviously when I got the car there was more light on the dash oin than on my Christmas tree, this included the Check Engine, Gearbox Light and Charged me R5100 to give my Car like that I spoke to the Owner Walter of the branch and he assured me that he could not fix my car and suggested I take it somewhere else, my car is in such a bad condition Parts falls off on my way to give it back. They break the Covers and stick it with super glue they parts dispensary and they fix water pipes to the cars Body with Tie straps. I then Launches a Complaint At ********** and their answer is AND I QUOTE: "We strongly recommend lodging a complaint with the RMI or MIO in order for them to further investigate the matter as we do not believe that an amicable resolution can be reached between yourself and our Centurion branch."

This is after Months without a car, Please is there a Lawyer on this Forum that could take this Further, I'm prepared to go the whole 9 Yards, They have been doing this to many Clients, while I was waiting I spoke to 3 Clients that had exactly the same issue.

Please I'm begging for someone to help me, I cannot leave this here.

Why not go see a lawyer and explain your situation. Ask the lawyer if he/she thinks there are grounds to sue.

Well that or try through the "watchdog" of this specific industry.
 
I will Post some pictures for everyone to see what these people did later today...

I'm quite sure there are grounds to sue them, just sad to see that our service levels has come to this in South Africa.

Quick Update....

Took the car to Mechanic around the corner... He says oh most of his business if of them not doing their job right, people have been trying to sue them for years.

On his first inspection of my car he Asked me where the rear Engine mounting is... to my Surprise I answered, Not sure, this car was delivered to me and said there is nothing wrong with this car, he also stated that the engine is not mounted Correctly and is skew, not sure what that means. So he is compiling a report for me to take to the lawyers they will be paying in on this one I will make it my life's work to make sure they don't do this to another customer again.

I will be posting some interesting Pictures for everyone's viewing pleasure later tonight.

Maybe your insurance can take it further, they have lawyers to pressure these okes in paying. Most auto insurances have free legal aid.

Get in touch with your insurance company. These guys have given you a vehicle that is patently unsafe and unroadworthy.
 
Thank you, thanks everyone for the comments and advise, I'm with Discovery Car Insurance, I will give them a call and see what they will do about this... Downloading Pics and Video's from my phone will update now.
 
This Was after the R5100 Bill, Car was delivered with these engine Lights:

Car was given to me for wheel alignment, this is after I gave them 2 more weeks to sort out the car this is the oil leak the Autowiel Technician, after I complained and pointed it out they did fix it though, but if it wasn't for the complaint they probably would not have done anything...

I call this one the Modification, since there was nothing wrong with the Cover to start off with they clearly needed to get some air in there... or water or what ever they were going for...

Now if we do not know how to Get the Radiator to stand still/fixed position, cause we leave Parts every where we just fix a Tie Strap the the Clam... and Body and WALLAAAAAH... Sorted... As soon as I touched this Water came steaming out since it was designed like that.. I think...

I wanted to check if they actually added the Gearbox oil they made me purchase and I quote: "don't get the cheap one..." and behold you cannot see it cause the destroyed the Dipstick...

Just in time.. the Parts leftover from the add new motor...

Keep in mind the "new" motor supplied was only a Motor there are not Extra Casings, cover nothing just a motor...

That is atrocious...

I would expect my OWN workshop to look like that if I had been working on my own vehicle... but a professional workshop, not a bloody chance.
