Normal data used instead of Night Surfer data.

I had a look at my account about two weeks ago, suspecting that I was coming to the end of my 60+60gb data. I had about 4.5gb left, and around 30gb of night surfer data left. So I figured I'd take it slow online for the next few weeks so I could at least get another month or two out of that 4.5gb.

And also figured I should use some night surfer data. So left my pc on last night (and one night last week as well) between 23:30 and 04:30 to download a few things. This afternoon my data bundle expired, which is odd as I was being careful not to use up that 4.5gb of data. Logged in, and saw that my night surfer data hasn't been used, it's still what it was 2 weeks ago: 30gb - despite the 2-3gb of night-time downloading I did the past few days.

I realize that picture doesn't prove anything. But the point is that none of the 30gb was used last night. I agree there is the chance that I've completely overlooked something, but I doubt it, and I'd appreciate it if you could look into the matter please TelkomMobile.

Could have pm'd I guess. But I was also wondering if anyone else had noticed this before and whether you had a resolve to the issue?

Are you still investigating :confused: I'm not sure how it can take this long to check the logs...it's like 10 minutes work and bam - query resolved + satisfied customer!
 
I had the same.. it doesn't switch over automatically you need to manually disconnect and reconnect.

In the 1.5+ years that I've been with 8ta I've never had to do that - it's always been an automatic process. No ISP would ever make it work in such a manner tbh...it just wouldn't be practical having to be at home to disconnect & reconnect every time you wanted to download something :).
