telskum broke my line again, and this time it doesnt look like it's going to improve. Will have to change my account to 2Mbs while a new line is installed, which may take a long time.
 

Means we have records of 150ms international gaming latency from yesterday, in fact, when I updated it. That something cool this way is coming on point 2. That we've had 100% uptime since moving to IS on the network. And that our entry level cost is R199 per month now (seeing as before we were accused of being "too expensive".
 
Small UI thing I would possibly change..

Under your products pages (like say Crystal Web Premium Home Uncapped), the products start scrolling the instant you open the page, just doesn't quite look right. Maybe if you can, put a a delay of 10 seconds or something before the scrolling happens.

We're actually going to completely rethink the way the product boxes display. Ties in with something pretty epic we'll be launching this year. :)

In my defence I was up until 5:30am sorting this all out.

You are online so often at ungodly hours that I've been meaning to tell you for quite a while that you don't sleep enough. All these mistakes are proof! You can't keep up your reputation of having the best support in the world if you are sloppy because you are tired! SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!
 
Whatever that evol gremlin was on my account yesterday, it looks much gone today.
