    Auto-sending e-mails

    How easy is it to sett up an acc to auto-send email? I want to auto-send e-mails about once per day from a gmail acc, how would one go about setting that up? If necessary I can get an acc from a different email provider if gmail does not do it (e.g. hotmail or yahoomail etc.). Ta
