Getting to the point.
IS use something they like to call the "star rating system"
it has to do with you line speed Vs. the amount you download.
I'd like to know...
Getting this result on my line this morning:
Afrihost 1Mb/s uncapped account.
Downloaded about 1GB with it so far, so cannot have been switched over to IS.
Anyone else battling?
Update: Backup account with WebAfrica is going at full speed, so no line issue on my side.
