10GB Nightshift - How to get it ?

so i called 8.ta Data customer care number.
speak to a consultant.

she says under USSD Command, type in *180# --> Select Bundle Purchase --> and buy the Nightshift (10GB).
Under Bundels there's NO Nightshift option (10Gb) only 100mB / 250 mB etc.

i have the i5 Promo (10Gb) already. just wanna add another 10GB Nightshift.

any knows how ?

update - spoke to another 8ta consultant and been told "U cannot purchase it via the bundle option".
a technician will include it on my current i5 promo package.

strange a "technician" will do this, thought the consultants can do it on there systems.
she said it will take up to 72hours to be done. eish thats abit long.

Update on activating Mid Night Surfer ...............

really disappointed with 8ta customer care and data centre.:mad:
I waited and never ever got a any sms or call informing me what is happening with the Midnight surfer activation.
did balance enquiry and nothing.
(was told last week by a consultant a technician will have to do the activating and will take 72hours ???)

no reply @ all from [email protected].
i enquired about another issue via this email address and still almost 3 weeks laters no reply @ all :mad:

so i called data centre again - this time i was told by the consultant i must call the stores and they will help me ???
after explaining everything AGAIN to the dude he said he will check something.
then eventually he activated the Midnight surfer via the system he was working on.

i did a balance check and it gave me 2 balances.
1 for 10GB (day time) balance
1 for (Mid Night Surfer) balance

so if anyone wants to have midnight surfer "bolted on" to your current i5 Promo packages, Dial 081 183 and tell them u want mid night surfer activated AND IT CAN BE DONE OVER THE PHONE ON THERE SYSTEM.

On each i5 Promo You allowed 1 x Nightshift to be added on.
So if You have 2x i5 Promo contracts on each contract You allowed to have 1 x nightshift added on.

(Hope this helps ur question)

Just to confirm. You can have one Midnight Surfer per Internet 5 Promo contract.
